Delaware Jumbo Loan Programs

Currently there are a variety of low fee, low rate loan programs available to borrowers in Delaware for Jumbo Loans. These jumbo loans apply to loan balances greater than $417k. Currently, select opportunities for 30 Year Fixed Loans, as well as many various ARM programs are available. The most popular are the 7/1 and 10/1 ARMS, as they offer a longer fixed portion at a rate lower than our standard 30 year fixed loan.

There are Delaware jumbo loan financing programs with competitive rates on 5/1 and 7/1 ARMS, as well as interest-only loans. Fico scores down to 650 are acceptable for the salaried and a 700 fico is required for the self-employed.

For select Delaware jumbo 5/1 and 7/1 ARM programs, rate and term refinances and purchase money transactions can go to an 80% LTV(Loan to value) for loans up to $850,000. This means only a 20% down payment would be required on a million dollar home for Delaware jumbo loan.

Fixed Rate and select ARM programs are available with just 10% down or a 90% LTV on loan amounts to 500k. These programs have excellent rates as well, and require a minimum 680 credit score for this program.

For selected programs on the 5/1 and 7/1 ARM programs, there are rate enhancements for those with quite a bit of equity or a large down payment: typically loans at a 60% Loan to Value may receive preferred pricing.
